Our Year 6 boys football team were crowned Champions today in a tournament hosted by Manchester United. The team put on a fantastic display, winning all of their group games without conceding a single goal. We started the competition strong, with a comfortable 3-0 victory with goals from Joel, Maxwell and Nico. The second game was another masterclass, running out 4-0 winners with two more goals from Joel and goals from Will and Josh W. Our final group game was a hard fought 2-0 win with two outstanding goals from Nico and Maxwell. 

The final was truly one to remember. We went down 1-0 in the early stages but rallied together to emerge victorious with an equaliser from Maxwell before he went on to score the winner for us in the last 30 seconds!
