Our school council representatives are all keen to represent the views of their classes; bringing their views and ideas for discussion via the classroom school council boxes. This year's elected representatives have a particularly important focus, as we now have a design student planning our friendship garden project. We would like to thank Mr Mitten, one of our parents, for organising this venture. This is a fantastic opportunity for us, and will hopefully be an enjoyable and beneficial experience for her too! She has already visited the school to take measurements and gather initial ideas from the children. The school council will be involved on making sure the project reflects and includes ideas from their classmates, and will be on hand to help with the development, direction and progess of this exciting new resource for the children. Busy and exciting times ahead for the school council!
